Objectives of the Workshop:
NAAC has rewritten the Assessment and Accreditation (A&A) methodology, understanding the emerging trends in higher education and the need for reforms for the transformation of the education system. The process is extensive with emphasis on factual data relating to the quantum of quality growth in all aspects of institutional functioning, therefore the objectives of this Workshop are:

• To Appraise to participants with the revised accreditation procedure.

• To understand the changes made in the process and procedure of revised framework of NAAC.

• To explore and promote more scientific thinking on peer assessment, final outcome of accreditation.

• To provide hands on training on filling up the online format of the Self Study Report (SSR) viz., Executive Summary, Profile of the college, Quality Indicator Framework, Evaluative Report of the Departments and Data Templates / Documents (Quantitative & Qualitative Matrices).

  This will create a thrust of Assessment and Accreditation in Institutions of Higher Education, and will help to identify the various ground level problems and critical areas of care for Assessment.

  Focus:
  The expert guidance and counsel of experiences peer team members will help participants to best understand the newly introduced Quality Indicator Framework(QIF) and implemented the same in therir own institutional assessment.
