Project Highlights
1. The system does not
require any formal basic education for admission.
2. The curriculum not only
equips them for a career, but also helps them to gain skills, which help
them face different situations in life.
3. The system is
scientifically designed in a way that ensures thorough understanding of the
subjects learnt.
4. The biggest advantage of
this system over the formal system is that it involves local community into
its working, thereby creating employability.
The students are admitted in the month of July with the help of newspaper
Advertisements, Pamphlets and Notices. Thereafter they are taught the desired course
for almost ten months. In the last two months the students are required to
work with a prospective industrial partner in order to gain practical
experience of the career opted. Finally, when the Industrial partner is satisfied he
certifies the student's performance, which makes the student eligible for the
final certificate.
